(1) The office shall deposit the lump sum amount to be sent to the fund in accordance with subsection (1) of section 10 of the Act along with the details of the employee who will deposit the amount in the fund within three days of distributing the monthly salary to the employee in the bank account designated by the fund. (2) According to sub-rule (1), the fund office shall send to the fund within seven days the receipt of the amount deposited and the details of the employee who deposited the amount in the fund in the format as per Schedule-3.
